You got the license. You walked into the agency. And someone handed you a quoting system, pointed at a phone, and basically said good luck
Check all that apply
If you checked 3 or more of the above sentences, you're exactly who this weekend was built for.
We're going to walk through every one of these, out loud, with role plays and real scripts you can take to work Monday morning.
I have watched it happen too many times to count.
A new agent passes the exam, gets hired, and walks into an office that's too busy to train them properly.
Agents are busy and co-workers are writing business of their own.
The expectation is that new agents will figure it out.
And so they sit there (fully licensed, fully terrified) making one underwhelming call after another, wondering why nobody told them about this part.
The help most new agents need isn't waiting for them at the office.
This Boot Camp exists because nobody should have to figure this out alone.

the Insurance Sales Queen
Hi! I’m Mary, a licensed insurance broker based in Arizona and the founder of the Insurance Sales Queen community. I entered the insurance industry during COVID, when many new agents were sent home with a laptop, minimal training, and expected to figure things out on their own. There was no busy call center to learn from, no experienced agent nearby, and no real roadmap for success. So I built one.
Since then, I’ve grown my own career while helping thousands of new and aspiring agents gain confidence, improve their sales conversations, and better understand the real-world side of insurance. I created this Boot Camp because I know what it feels like to be newly licensed and unsure where to begin. My goal is to help new agents bridge the gap between passing the exam and actually succeeding in the industry.

This Bootcamp is built for licensed P&C agents; meaning you've passed your exam and are either starting at an agency or about to. If you're still studying for the exam, you're welcome to attend; you'll just get even more out of it once you pass.
Every ticket includes the full recording of both Saturday and Sunday. Show up live for what you can, watch the rest on your schedule, anytime, anywhere. Either way, you get the whole Bootcamp.
Fully live on Zoom. Once you enroll, you'll get access to your Bootcamp private hub inside theinsurancesalesqueen.com, that's where you'll find the links to join the sessions. You'll also receive confirmation emails and reminders before each session.
No, this isn't a state-approved CE course. The Bootcamp is a real-world skills intensive focused on what actually happens after you're licensed. For CE credit, check with your state's Department of Insurance. I actually have a page for CE; it's in my Resource Hub.
Yes. Sales conversations, objection handling, cross-selling, referral partners, phone skills, claims conversations, the 90-day plan... none of that changes based on whether you're captive or independent. I myself started captive before going independent.
The coverage breakdowns on Saturday are specifically Property and Casualty. But the phone skills, objection handling, claims conversations, referral partner building, and survival skills on Sunday apply to any insurance agent. You'll get value either way, just know Saturday morning leans P&C.
After checkout, you'll get access to your Bootcamp private hub inside this website, where the Zoom buttons for each day will live. You'll also get email confirmations immediately and reminder emails before each live session.
Feel free to send me an email: support@theinsurancesalesqueen.com. You can also drop into a free Power Hour on Wednesday nights to ask in real time.
Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28, 2026
Live on Zoom
Hello and Welcome!
One of the hardest parts of this industry is that many new agents are expected to “just figure it out.” You pass the exam, get handed a login and a phone, and suddenly you’re supposed to know how to talk to clients, quote policies, overcome objections, build referral relationships, and create a career for yourself.
I remember what that felt like. That’s why I created this Boot Camp. Not to impress you with complicated insurance language or corporate fluff, but to give you the kind of practical guidance, encouragement, and real-world conversations I wish someone had given me when I was brand new.
If you’re willing to learn, ask questions, and keep showing up, you absolutely can build something meaningful in this industry. I hope this Boot Camp helps you walk into next week feeling more confident than you did before.
I’m truly excited to meet you. 👑
Mary
